Your data is your data. Unlimited.ai does not claim ownership over any documents, content, or information you upload or generate through the platform.
- We do not share or sell your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data to train public models or systems.
- We do not grant any outside entity access to your information without your explicit, documented consent.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
Model Privacy & AI Use
Unlimited.ai uses AI to process, extract, and understand your documents. However:
- All AI interactions are performed securely within private, tenant-isolated environments
- Your data is never used to train foundation models or improve third-party LLMs
- Our models are engineered to read and respond without exposing your information beyond your account
In short: we use AI to serve you—not the other way around.
Security and Access Controls

Consent-Driven Onboarding
In cases where onboarding requires access to investor portals or third-party custodians, all access is granted with one-time, revocable credentials and requires explicit user consent.

- You may revoke access at any time from your account dashboard
Unlimited.ai will never ask for credentials without clearly explaining their use, purpose, and security.
Data Retention & Deletion
You control your data lifecycle:

- You can request deletion of your data from our systems permanently
- We honor all deletion requests and enforce hard deletes across storage systems
We retain logs and backups only as needed for compliance, auditing, or billing records—and always in line with our privacy policy.
Note: While Unlimited.ai provides comprehensive investment and tax document management as part of our platform, we are not currently positioned as a replacement for enterprise document repositories like Box or Dropbox, but rather focus on intelligent analysis and orchestration of your private markets data.
